ETHICOM 2K26 Promotes Integrity and Intercollegiate Excellence at SACAS

The Department of Commerce (Computer Application), S.A. College of Arts and Science, successfully organized the Inter-College Event “ETHICOM 2K26” on 20 February 2026 at the SACAS Auditorium from 9.00 a.m. onwards . Conducted in association with the Integrity Club and sponsored by Indian Oil Corporation Limited, the event was centered on the theme “Integrity,” emphasizing ethical values, fairness, discipline, and responsible participation. The programme aimed to provide a vibrant platform for students from various institutions to showcase their talents, creativity, and professional competencies while fostering teamwork and healthy competition.

The inaugural session began with Tamil Thai Vazhthu and the traditional lighting of the kuthuvilakku, followed by welcome and presidential addresses. The event was graced by Chief Guest V. Venkataraman, known for his humanitarian “One Rupee Meal” initiative. As a mark of appreciation, he presented the “One Rupee Meal – Humanitarian Support Award” to Dr. Malathi Selvakkumar, Principal of the institution. Dignitaries from Indian Oil Corporation also addressed the gathering.

The competitions commenced at 10.00 a.m., featuring on-stage events such as Group Dance, Group Singing, and Corporate Walk, along with off-stage events including Shipwreck, Masterpiece, Connections, Meme Creation, and Reels Rush. Students demonstrated remarkable originality, coordination, and confidence. The programme concluded with a valedictory session and prize distribution, marking the grand success of ETHICOM 2K26.
