Shaping Tomorrow’s Leaders at SASOM.

The School of Management, S.A. College of Arts & Science, organised the Future Leaders Programme on 13 March 2026 at 10.00 AM in Fr.F.03. The session was delivered by Ms. Ancymol A S, Senior Training Officer, with the objective of helping students develop leadership qualities, communication skills, and professional confidence required in the corporate world.

During the session, Ms. Ancymol shared valuable insights on the importance of leadership, teamwork, and personal development in today’s competitive professional environment. She explained that effective leaders must possess qualities such as confidence, responsibility, clear communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

She also highlighted the importance of maintaining a positive mindset, building strong interpersonal skills, and continuously learning to achieve personal and professional success. Students were encouraged to take initiative, improve their leadership abilities, and actively participate in opportunities that support their overall growth.
