The Central Library is organizing a User Awareness Programme on National Digital Library of India (NDLI) Resources for the first-year students of the institution on 09.07.2026 (Thursday) at the College Auditorium.
The objective of the programme is to familiarize students with the National Digital Library of India (NDLI) and its vast collection of digital learning resources, including e-books, e-journals, theses, question papers, videos, and other academic materials. The programme aims to encourage students to effectively utilize these resources for their academic learning, research, and skill development.
The resource person for the programme is Dr. S. Dhanavandhan, Deputy Librarian (Level-14), Central University of Tamil Nadu, Thiruvarur, who is a distinguished library professional with extensive experience in digital library services and information literacy.
The programme is expected to provide valuable insights into accessing and using NDLI resources effectively, thereby enhancing students’ digital literacy and promoting self-directed learning. The Central Library cordially invites all first-year students to participate in the programme and make the best use of this learning opportunity.
