Free Medical Camp at S.A. College Chennai, August 17, 2026: S.A. College of Arts & Science organised a free medical camp through its National Service Scheme (NSS) on Monday, August 17, 2026, benefiting more than 250 faculty members, staff and students. The camp offered free eye examinations, general health check-ups and physiotherapy consultations, promoting health awareness and preventive care among the college community.

The camp was inaugurated by Mr. P. Venkatesh Raja, College Secretary. Dr. V. Sai Sathyavathi, Director of the College; Mr. K. S. Prabakar, Director of Administration, Training and Placement; and Dr. S. Anbalagan, Principal, participated in the programme.

The medical camp provided participants with an opportunity to assess their health and seek professional guidance. The event was coordinated by Mr. K. Suresh, NSS Programme Officer, whose efforts contributed to the successful conduct of the camp.
