The School of Management, S.A. College of Arts & Science organises Embrace’26 Knowledge sharing session by Mr.Vinay Katariaya Associate Vice President, Barclays on Management Education and Making of Future Leaders on 11/09/2026 at 9.30am at LC3.
In his address, Mr.Vinay Katariya shared valuable insights into role of management education in shaping capable and future-ready professionals. He highlighted the importance of developing leadership qualities, critical thinking, adaptability, and a continuous learning mind-set to succeed in today’s dynamic corporate environment.
His practical perspective and professional experiences encouraged the students to look beyond academic learning and focus on building skills, values required to become effective leaders. The interaction provided the students with meaningful guidance as they embarked on their MBA journey.

The School of Management, S.A. College of Arts & Science organises Embrace’26 Knowledge sharing session by Narendranath Upala, Chief Mentor, Narenn Edutech Consulting, Malaysia on 11/09/2026 at 11.15am at LC3.
In his valuable insights, Mr.Narendranath Upala made the session truly interesting by the way he connected classroom learning with real-life situations. He gave examples from business, CEO’s , cinema, IPL, and everyday life made the concepts relatable and showed our students that learning management is not limited to classroom- it’s everywhere around us.
His insights on confidence, communication, and the ability to handle different situations and people gave our students a completely different perspective on management education. The way he encouraged our students to think beyond textbooks and to learn from observing. The session provided the students the practical guidance and inspiring interaction with our students.
