The Career Development Centre (CDC), S.A. College of Arts & Science, organised a Campus Recruitment Drive by RMC Healthcare on 7 October 2026, providing students with an opportunity to explore career prospects in the healthcare sector.

The recruitment process began with a Pre-Talk Session, where students gained insights into the organisation, available career opportunities, and the recruitment process. This was followed by a One-on-One Interaction Session, allowing recruiters to engage with students individually and assess their skills, communication abilities, and suitability for the available roles.

Students from various departments actively participated in the recruitment drive and demonstrated enthusiasm and confidence throughout the selection process. The initiative provided students with valuable exposure to the corporate recruitment process and helped them understand the skills and qualities expected by employers.
