SACAS Management Club "Aspiration" and Freshers Welcome Event S.A. College of Arts & Science's School of Management held its Investiture Ceremony for the Management club "Aspiration" and Freshers Welcome on August 2, 2024, at 12:00 PM. Mr. B. Suresh Kumar, CEO of Shri Vaari Medical Centre and a prominent Serial Entrepreneur from Chennai, graced the event as Chief Guest. During his address, Mr. B. Suresh Kumar emphasized the importance of setting SMART goals and encouraged students to aspire and take timely actions towards their ambitions. He commended the club members on their induction and urged them to foster fellowship and take up leadership roles. The event included an orientation session for freshers, providing valuable insights into career opportunities and easing their transition into college life. Seniors organized activities to showcase talents and promote camaraderie among the incoming students, setting a positive tone for the academic year ahead at SACAS.

Our college Rifle Shooter S.Shakthivel of 1st year BSC Artificial Intelligent won the 4 Gold Medal, 1 Silver medal and 1 Bronze medal in the 50 mts Rifle Shooting Men and Junior Men Category 49th Tamilnadu State Shooting Championship held at Coimbatore 15th July 22nd July 2024. Sayi Satyavathi, Director of the college, delivered a special address emphasizing the significance of early career planning. Introducing Chief Guest Mr. Jayaprakash Gandhi, Dr. Chitralega, Assistant Professor of Commerce Computer Application, highlighted his notable achievements in education and technology. Mr. Gandhi's keynote emphasized adaptability in today's fast-changing world, stressing continuous learning, effective communication, and practical skill development. 'தவம் எது?' என்ற தலைப்பில் சிறப்புரை ஆற்றிய சிறப்பு விருந்தினர் தவம் என்பதன் விளக்கம், தவம் பற்றிய இலக்கியப் பதிவுகள், இளைஞர்கள் தம் கடமைகள் ஊடாக தவத்தை எவ்வாறு பின்பற்றுவது போன்ற பல்வேறு சிந்தனைகளை மாணவர்கள் முன் வைத்தார். மாணவர்களிடையே நல்ல சிந்தனைகளை விதைப்பதன் முன்னோட்டமாக இந்நிகழ்ச்சி நடைபெற்றது.

S. A. College of Arts & Science celebrated the inauguration of its 6th batch for the academic year 2024-25 on 03-07-2024. The event warmly welcomed new students embarking on their first day of college life. The occasion was graced by esteemed guests, including Lt. Gen. Arun Ananthanarayan, PVSM, YSM, SM, VSM of the Indian Army, who delivered an inspiring Guest of Honor's address, encouraging students to pursue excellence and serve the nation. Dr. T. V. Asokan, M.D., DPM, Professor and Head of the Dept. of Psychiatry at Sri Muthukumaran Medical College & Research Institute, was the Chief Guest. In his address, Dr. Asokan emphasized the importance of mental health and resilience in academic and personal success. The inaugural program set a motivational tone for the new batch, marking the beginning of an exciting journey in higher education.

Organized with meticulous care, "Shrishti 24" promises a sophisticated blend of knowledge, expertise, and inspiration, offering attendees a unique opportunity for intellectual enrichment while celebrating the spirit of Women's Day.

School of Management is organised, Guest Lecture on “Humanising Brands” on 28/07/23 for BBA students and III B.Com(Bank Management) students, Dr.S.Praveen Kumar, Dean- School of Commerce and Management, Bharath Institute of Higher Education & Research, Chennai, was the resource person. Around 95 students and 6 faculty members attended the Guest lecture.The programme started with welcome address by Subhashini of II BBA, Dr,Viji.R, Director ,School of Management delivered the special address and felicitated the guest. The Guest, Dr.S.Praveen Kumar, educated the students on the importance of humanising in the present day. He played videos on various advertisements , narrated on how emotional values were sold through the advertisements and how humanising helped in connecting with the customer. Dr.S.Praveen Kumar also insisted on the need for humanising employees.The session was very interactive, during the question answer session, the students cleared their queries. The session concluded with a vote of thanks by D.Ajay of II BBA.

எஸ் . கலை மற்றும் அறிவியல் கல்லூரி நாட்டு நலப் பணித் திட்டத்தின் சார்பாக 20 .7 .2023 அன்று காலை 11:30 மணியிலிருந்து 1 மணி வரையிலும் Anti-Human Trafficking விழிப்புணர்வு நிகழ்ச்சி நடைபெற்றது. விழாவிற்கு வந்திருந்தவர்களை வரவேற்று நாட்டு நலப் பணித்திட்ட மாணவி ஜெயஸ்ரீ வரவேற்புரை வழங்கினார். இந்நிகழ்ச்சியில் சிறப்பு விருந்தினர்களாகத் திரு ஹரிகரன் அவர்களும் திருமதி பிரவீணா சாலமன் அவர்களும் கலந்து கொண்டு மாணவர்களுக்கு விழிப்புணர்வு உரையாற்றினர். மனிதக் கடத்தலைத் தடுப்பது பற்றியும் குழந்தைத் தொழிலாளரை மீட்பதைப் பற்றியும் காணொளிக் காட்சி மூலமாகவும் மாணவர்களுக்குத் தெளிவாக விளக்கினர். குழந்தைத் தொழிலாளர் மற்றும் பெண்கள் பாதுகாப்புக்கான அரசின் இலவசத் தொலைபேசி எண்ணையும் மாணவர்களுக்கு வழங்கினர்.
நிகழ்ச்சியின் நிறைவில். மனிதக் கடத்தல் தடுப்பு பற்றிய உறுதிமொழி வாசகத்தினை சிறப்பு விருந்தினர்கள் வாசிக்க மாணவர்கள் உறுதிமொழி எடுத்துக் கொண்டனர். விழா நிறைவில் இவ்விழாவிற்கு அனுமதி அளித்த கல்லூரியின் தாளாளர் திரு பி.வெங்கடேஷ் ராஜா அவர்களுக்கும் மற்றும் சிறப்பு விருந்தினர்களுக்கும் நன்றி கூறித் தன் இனிய நன்றியுரை வழங்கினார் நாட்டு நலப் பணித்திட்ட மாணவத் தலைவர் செல்வன் அகிலன்.
இந்நிகழ்ச்சியில் கல்லூரி முதல்வர் முனைவர் மாலதி செல்வகுமார் அவர்களும் கல்லூரி இயக்குனர் முனைவர் சாய் சத்யவதி அவர்களும் கலந்து கொண்டு சிறப்பு விருந்தினர்களைச் சிறப்பித்தனர். விழாவிற்கான ஏற்பாடுகளை கல்லூரியின் நாட்டு நலப்பணித்திட்டப் பொறுப்பாளர் திரு மா .விஜயகுமார் சிறப்பாகச் செய்திருந்தது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
