NIPM Student Chapter Inauguration Held at SACAS Theatre

The School of Management, S.A. College of Arts & Science, hosted the NIPM Student Chapter Inauguration for the 2026–2028 batch on September 17, 2026, at the SACAS Theatre. Dr.M.H.Raja, MD, Lead HR services Pvt.Ltd. Immediate Past National President, NIPM India Board Member, APFHRM. And Mr.S.Rajendran, Former southern regional vice-president, NIPM former head- HR, IR & EHS J.K.Tyres, Chennai plant.

In this inspiring session, they shared their professional experiences and explained that improvement or position doesn’t come over night. As students gained a better understanding of the role of HR professionals in organizations, the importance of employee relations, leadership, communication, teamwork, and the skills required to succeed in the corporate world. The programme motivated us to actively participate in future NIPM activities, enhance our professional skills, and prepare ourselves for the corporate world. It was a meaningful learning experience that strengthened our interest in management and professional development.

Their interactive discussion also provided students with insights into career opportunities in human resource management, the importance of developing professional skills, and the challenges faced by HR professionals in organizations as students enthusiastically asked question about.

The School of Management, S.A. College of Arts & Science organised Embrace’26 session by Mr.B.Vijay Kumar, Asst Vice President IT BNP Paribas India Solutions on the topic, “Knowledge sharing session” on 17/09/2026 at 11.15am.

During the insightful session, he shared valuable insights into entrepreneurship, business development, and the challenges faced by entrepreneurs. He emphasized the importance of developing essential skills such as communication, leadership, creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork to succeed in the business world. He highlighted the significance of effective decision-making in identifying opportunities, solving business problems, and achieving organizational goals. He also explained the importance of risk management, encouraging us to understand potential risks, evaluate alternatives, and make informed decisions before starting or expanding a business.

His encouraging words made the session highly engaging and beneficial. It enhanced our knowledge of entrepreneurship and motivated students to develop their skills, think creatively, and explore business opportunities with confidence. Overall, the session provided valuable practical knowledge and encouraged them to pursue their entrepreneurial aspirations. Embrace’26 set as a perfect example for knowledge and motivation.
