The School of Management, S.A. College of Arts & Science, inaugurated the Orientation Programme “Embrace’26” for the MBA 2026–2028 batch on 10 September 2026 at the SACAS Theatre. Mr. Ravi Pratap Singh, Founder, Author, Mentor and TEDx Speaker; Co-founder, Learnnovators; and Mentor, IIM Ahmedabad, graced the occasion as the Guest of Honour.

Addressing the students, Mr. Singh motivated them to begin their academic journey with confidence and positivity. He emphasised the importance of clarity in career goals and developing professional skills. Drawing from his experiences, he encouraged students to remain open to learning, avoid comparing themselves with others, and instead focus on self-improvement. He highlighted the values of belongingness, mutual support, and building a strong connection with the institution, faculty, seniors and peers. He also stressed that effective leadership begins with self-management. The interactive session was enthusiastically received by the students.
