“She Thrives – Health Empowerment for Every Woman” at SACAS

The Inner Wheel Club of S.A. College of Arts & Science organised an impactful awareness programme titled “She Thrives – Health Empowerment for Every Woman” on 23 February 2026 at the SACAS Auditorium. The session focused on Reproductive Health Awareness and Endometriosis.

The programme commenced with an invocation, followed by a welcome address by Ms. Afsin P. M. of II BCA. The Chief Guest, Dr. Mala Raj, Obstetrician and Gynecologist from M D Firm Hospitals, was felicitated by Mrs. Saveetha Venkatesh Raja.

Dr. Mala Raj delivered an enlightening session on the female reproductive system, menstrual health, and hormonal balance. She highlighted endometriosis, its symptoms, early diagnosis, and treatment options. The interactive session addressed concerns on PCOS, fertility, and preventive care. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks to the management, faculty, and participants for their active involvement.
