The Department of Commerce (Bank Management), S.A. College of Arts & Science, in association with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), is organizing a Guest Lecture on “First Aid and Emergency Response Care” on 18 August 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at the SACAS Auditorium.
The session will be delivered by Mr. Neelagandan Sankar, Senior Project Officer and Lead First Aid Trainer, Alert NGO, who will provide valuable insights into the importance of first aid, emergency preparedness, and appropriate response during critical situations.
The programme aims to enhance students’ awareness and practical understanding of basic first aid and emergency response procedures, enabling them to respond calmly and responsibly during unforeseen emergencies.
The session is expected to be highly informative and beneficial in developing essential life-saving awareness and emergency preparedness among the participants.
