The Department of Psychology is organising an Intra-College Event as part of Mental Health Day Observance on 09.10.2026. The event aims to encourage students to explore mental health through creativity, critical thinking and meaningful discussions.

The competitions include a Reel Making Competition focusing on social media and mental health, a Debate Competition exploring whether sharing feelings with friends or AI is healthier, and a Poster Making Competition that challenges students to present mental-health themes through different creative styles.
