Tech Club, S.A.COLLEGE OF ARTS & SCIENCE, Poonamallee-Avadi Main Road, Thiruverkadu, Chennai 600 077 organized A Best Practice Programme *“3 day Wellness Training Session in SACAS Lobby & 2 day An Outreach Program in Vrindavan Ashramam, Thiruvallur”* in association with Heartfulness Educational Trust, from 30.08.2023 to 03.09.2023 in SACAS Campus. (The outreach programme taught students the importance of Time Management, Healthy Living, Team Work, Coordination etc.)
INTERNATIONAL COCONUT DAY on 02-09-2023
Motivational club of S. A. College of Arts & Science in association with SACAS'ians Fin.Tech club organised an event on Hand Craft preparation to commemorate the INTERNATIONAL COCONUT DAY on 02-09-2023 The students of B.Com Accounting & Finance exhibited their unique creativity in preparing various and different hand crafts by using coconut shell and some of them prepared sweets, puddings and paayasam by using coconut.

The Students' of B.Com. (Accounting & Finance), S.A. College of Arts & Science, participated & volunteered for The fire rescue demonstration event organised by Tamil Nadu Fire Service Department held today 02-09-2023, at Paruthipattu Lake Park, Avadi. Students experienced a live demonstration on how to prevent the civilians during the time of fire accident & flood. And also they gained knowledge about the usage of various equipments kept for demonstration.
Yoga and Meditation -Day 3
The Department of Accounting & Finance organised the final day of yoga and meditation on 01/09/2023. In this last session the students were taught to clean inner soul with the help of yoga and meditation, also gave instructions about two days visit to Asharam @ Thiruvallur on 02/09/2023 & 03/09/2023.

Today's Session Was very relaxing and students did meditation for more than 15 minutes, which made them relaxed. They performed some breathing exercises which indeed helped them relax and be at ease.

S.A.COLLEGE OF ARTS & SCIENCE, in association with Inner Wheel Club Coral, conducted a Wellness Awareness Session on "Improving Emotional Quotient for First Year Girls" by our *Principal Dr. Malathi Selvakkumar* in the SACAS Theatre.
A wellness program on “Road Safety Awareness” organized by the Department of Commerce (A&F)

Tech Club in association with Inner Wheel Club of Coral, S.A.COLLEGE OF ARTS & SCIENCE, Poonamallee-Avadi Main Road, Thiruverkadu, Chennai 600 077, conducted a *Wellness Program* on *"Road Safety Awareness"* at 11:30 a.m. in SACAS Theatre.
*Tr. Ramachandran, Assistant Commissioner, Tr. Chandira Mouli, Inspector of Police & Tr. Udhayakumar, Sub Inspector,* addressed the students regarding the traffic rules and regulations. They urged the students not to drive while using mobile phone or without license. He also emphasised on wearing helmets and not to consume any alcoholic drinks while driving.
Awareness session on *”Psychological Well Being -The Male Perspective”*
Department of Commerce (Accounting & Finance), SACAS Association of Accounting & Finance Professionals along with SACAS'ians Fin. Tech Club in association with Inner Wheel Club Coral, S.A.COLLEGE OF ARTS & SCIENCE, Poonamallee-Avadi Main Road, Thiruverkadu, Chennai 600 077, conducted an *Awareness Session* on *"Psychological Well Being -The Male Perspective"* at 12:30 p.m. in SACAS Theatre.
*Dr. Srinivasan MD General Medicine, Murugan Hospital,* the chief guest, addressed the students regarding the distractions that they face in their everyday life. He spoke about the topics that many refuse to speak about which was really unique and the students appreciated it. He spoke about mobile addiction, smoking and drinking addiction, misunderstandings and myths about menstruation and finally a bit about sex education and myths and doubts in masturbation.
